Project Description

This maintenance contract includes both asphalt milling/paving and concrete repairs. The concrete repair portion of the contract includes removal and replacement of damaged curb and gutter, sidewalk, valley gutter and apron, driveways, retrofit of ADA sidewalk ramps, small drainage structures, etc., restoration of private property (landscaping) adjacent to the work, reconstruction of small street intersections to improve drainage and roadway transitions.
