Ray Road Parking Lot

Project Description

The intent of the project is to construct a new North Parking Lot on the southeast corner of Ray Road and Sossaman Road. The work generally consists of, but limited to: construction of asphalt concrete pavement, Portland cement concrete pavement, pavement markings, grading, curb and gutter, screen walls, covered parking canopies, installation of toll plaza with revenue control equipment, installation of security booth with CCTV cameras, installation of new storm drain pipe and catch basins, box culverts and headwalls, installation of new water service pipe and new sanitary sewer pipe, parking lot lighting, landscaping and miscellaneous related work.
